Dr Gauravv Mittal, equipped with enviable professional qualifications served in various sought-after leading IT multinationals at head positions. As technology head, despite working for large organisations, he used to face many problems in technical hiring for his internal requirements, ranging from management of resumes to objectively giving ratings to candidates and managing compliances. His observant and risk-taking nature motivated him to consider setting up an organization wherein a software solution could be developed to manage the complete hiring process more effectively, starting from prospective candidate resume management to selection. 

In the year 2013, ITCONS was incorporated and is personal charisma helped in building a team of competent IT professionals to develop the software solutions. En-route this journey of software solution, looking at the day-to-day financial pressure, primarily the cash flow, changing technology and other factors triggered his ingenuity to get into the staffing and permanent recruitment business, covering the complete spectrum of white and blue-collar staffing.
