In a strategic move to diversify beyond manufacturing iPhones and AI servers, Apple supplier Foxconn is reportedly set to assemble iPads in India. This significant development will take place at Foxconn’s Sriperumbudur facility in Tamil Nadu.

While the assembly of iPads is on the horizon, the source mentioned that the assembly of Apple’s Mac range of laptops might take longer due to smaller production volumes.
