India has made its mark at the 2023 Asian Games, achieving its most stylish-ever order census in the history of the event. As of October 4, India has won an aggregate of 81 orders, with 18 gold orders, 31 tableware orders, and 32 citation orders.
DAY 11: 2023 Asian Game
On October 4, Indian race trampers Manju Rani and Ram Baboo won the citation order in the 35 km race walk mixed platoon event. On the same day, Jyothi Surekha Vennam and Pravin Ojas Deotale won gold in the emulsion Archery Mixed Team event. Anahat Singh and Abhay Singh inked off with a citation order in squash mixed doubles. Boxer Parveen Hooda has inked off with a citation order.
On October 4, Lovlina Borgohain inked off with tableware in women’s 75 kg boxing after losing to China’s Li Qian.
The highlight of October 4 will be golden boy Neeraj Chopra, who’ll aim for a gold order in the men’s pikestaff gamble final. The event will start at 435 PM( India time).
